How quickly a year has flown by…now showing our third season at our St Christopher’s Place store, we are so excited to celebrate with everyone who has been a part of helping us grow and get to where we are today. When we sat down to write this post we initially struggled to pin point a specific key event to summarise the year… then we asked ourselves the question, what were we doing this time last year? As you can imagine opening our first UK store was very exciting but did not come without it’s dramas! From no internet to hand written receipts and blown fuses we haven’t been without speed bumps along the way. We have had some fantastic events in store, our knitting nights, seasonal collection launches and have been featured in some great press. Undoubtedly one of our most exciting achievements has been gaining recognition by the British Fashion Council and being invited to show at London Fashion Week. We realise how far we have come since our first few weeks and are excited about what is around the corner. With London Fashion Week finally here, we have all been busy setting up our booth to showcase our Spring Summer 2015 Collection at Somerset House. Such exciting times! Hi Dublin! We are pleased to announce the opening of our first concession in Clerys Department Store, Dublin, 03/09/14. Clerys has been part of Dublin’s retail history for 160 years and is an integral part of the city. A perfect location for Les 100 Ciels. We went for a little explore of Dublin to see what it had to offer, read on to see what we spotted and to see a peak at our new location. At the end of O’Connell street we came upon the Liffey River, after a short walk down and across the bridge we came into a hustle and bustle of restaurants, cafes and pubs. Filled with street artists, live music coming out of every other pub it is a very musical place full of general merriment. A We soon discovered that this place was known as Temple Bar.      After a wander around Temple Bar we were delighted to come across the beautiful Dublin Castle. One thing we can’t say for our St Christopher’s Place London store, our Clerys shop is within a short stroll of a castle. On the way back to Les 100 Ciels via Temple Bar, we couldn’t resist stopping at The Joy of Chai along ...
